This first-year Typography assignment began with creating monograms of my name and learning the fundamentals of typographic composition through structured exercises in grids, hierarchy and placement.

The final brief asked us to design a piece about where we are from. I chose “Windy Wellington” and created a three-dimensional box to showcase the typographic rules and practices I had learnt throughout the paper.
